Mission Statement
Our mission is to improve healthcare quality in the Philippines by providing essential medical supplies (and, later, equipment) to medical schools and nonprofit hospitals. We strive to support medical education and enhance patient care by ensuring medical professionals can access the tools they need to diagnose, treat, and prevent diseases. Through our donations, we aim to develop a robust healthcare system that serves the needs of all Filipinos.

In 2021, the Dr. Alex R. Guevara Foundation took a significant step forward by establishing the Dr. Alex R. Guevara Scholarship. This prestigious scholarship program aims to recognize and support the academic achievements and future potential of exceptional medical students from the West Visayas State University - College of Medicine, located in Iloilo City, Philippines.
Through the Dr. Alex R. Guevara Scholarship, we are proud to provide five deserving medical students with valuable resources essential to their medical education and professional development. Each scholarship recipient will be awarded a 3M Littmann Classic III Stethoscope, a BP app, and a pulse oximeter. These instruments are crucial tools for aspiring healthcare professionals, enabling them to acquire hands-on experience and gain the necessary skills to deliver optimal patient care.
By bestowing these scholarships, we aim to not only alleviate the financial burden on these talented individuals but also empower them with the resources needed to excel in their medical studies. We firmly believe that investing in the education and training of aspiring healthcare professionals will have a ripple effect on the quality of healthcare delivery in our community and beyond.
